2.2. No Cyberbullying: Harassment via online platforms or social media related to the CRIT Awards will also be taken seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken to address such behavior.

3.1. Evidence of Acts: The CRIT Awards reserves the right to review nominees and their eligibility for consideration if credible evidence of racism, homophobia, ableism, sexism, or harassment is brought to our attention.

3.2. Thorough Investigation: Any evidence presented will be thoroughly investigated to ensure fairness and accuracy in the decision-making process.

3.3. Removal from Consideration: If sufficient evidence is found to substantiate any of the aforementioned acts, the nominee in question may be removed from consideration for an award.
