Meet our staff, volunteers, and event managers who make this happen!
Ivy (She/Her) Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ivy's expertise lies in the online community, participation, nerd culture, event managament and fandom. She has been attending conventions since 2013! We would list her many fandoms here, but that alone would take up this paragraph.
She is a lover of Doctor Who, comics, Animes, and many more!
Additionally, Ivy posses a strong background of TTRPGs, as she has DMed for 8 years, and started off with a a group of 12!
Ivy began her online streaming in 2020 with DicecreamSandwich, and has continued to progress into the world of TTRPGs going on to become a professional Dungeon Master. In addition, she helped run, and managed for The Convergence in 2023,
She has performed on the main stage at Gencon 2021, and continued performing, at both in-person and producing, or appearing diverse range of online events.
Ivy is a proud board member, as well as PR and tech producer for Rolling For Charity, a 24 hour TTRPG stream started in 2021, and has raised over $20,000 for charities as an event since it's founding!
Additionally, she acts as PR Coordinator for GeekGirlCon, and a community manager for a wide variety of online communities.

Geordie (He/Him) Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Geordie comes from a strong film background, having grown up with two parents heavily involved with helping create movies!
He has a strong love of Star Wars, and Destiny, as well as cooking!
Geordie was the first DM for DicecreamSandwich, beginning in 2018, as well as it's first Tech/Producer!
He has since gone on to produce for almost every DicecreamSandwich show, both on stream, and in-person!
Geordie was placed in charge of a team of 8 at Gencon 2021 for the main stage Dicecream event, and was stoked to have a team backing him!
FishFinlee (They/She)

Fish is an artist and a musician that contributed in our art and design department during the 2023 event, and become a board member for the 2024 event!
Most days, Fish works as a biochemical researcher and drug development scientist, trying to help the world fight off a slew of conditions that affect humanity. However, when the day is done, she comes home to a long list of projects involving art, TTRPGs, and all things nerdy. Fish is a major Doctor Who fan and certified dice goblin. Between a weekly level 20 D&D campaign over on SirFeffers’s twitch, volunteer work for a few different organizations, selling prints of her art, and the multiple other TTRPG games that she’s a part of, each passing day is a wild experience that begins in science and ends in fantasy.
They are an avid TTRPG player both on stream and off!

Misfit (She/They)

Misfit is a kindhearted and neurospicy nerd with a diverse group of interests, ranging from fantasy and sci-fi to the post-apocalypse and just about everything in between.
Misfit and their partner are the founders of The Playlands, an online community focused on introducing people to new games and forms of storytelling. "A place where everyone can play".
They've been playing TTRPGs for two decades and has played over a dozen unique systems; four years ago, they stepped into the world of tabletop entertainment, appearing on several Twitch channels and podcasts and can be found at different convention across the country with the company Misty Mountain Gaming.
Marisa (She/Her)

Marisa is a photographer, writer, RYT-200, and dice maker. She and her partner founded The Grinning Kitten, a jewelry and accessory company that originated the “iCATsahedron”. A lifelong lover of magic and fantasy, she has a special place in her heart for the TTRPG and Dungeons & Dragons community. She would like to DM a campaign one day, but until then she is perfectly happy playing as a Sorceress or a Fighter or a Bard (...all with the action output of a Barbarian). Marisa lives in Southern California with her partner and their two cats, Sylveon “Sylvie” Joestar, and Data Soong-Joestar.

Milagos (She/They)

Milagros is a 23-year-old queer fantasy author and lover of fictional worlds! They achieved their Bachelors, and majored in Writing, Literature, and Publishing!
They've been playing TTRPGs and streaming on Twitch in various games since early 2021. They are most often featured on twitch playing with Dinner and a Game or The Starfield. When she isn't trying to decide between 20 works in progress or taking notes for another long campaign, she's studying tarot and cuddling her tiny chihuahua.
Omega Jones | CriticalBard
Host
Omega Jones (He/They), also known as the Critical Bard, is a professional actor and vocalist from the Midwest.
They are a proud member of Actor's Equity Association, he had a focus on live musical theatre & performance until he switched to being a full time content creator on Twitter & Twitch.
As a TTRPG professional, he has worked with many companies including Wizards of the Coast, World of Darkness, and created the theme song for Critter Hug, a signal boosting monthly show produced by Critical Role.
His focus in content creation revolves around variety, inclusion, and activism. He is the creator and moderator of the #BLACKAFRoundtable, a series of talks about the realities of racism with the tabletop space & community.Some hosting credits include The Weekly with Twitch Gaming & Twitch Rivals: Pride Month Invitational ft. Lil_Lexi. He has appeared as a guest panelist in many spaces, including VirtuousCon, PAX East, the QBExRainbowArcade Summit, & more. He was chosen as one of the QueerInGames finalists for this work as a queer activist in the content creative space, was featured as a face of Twitch Pride 2021, & was a 2022 GaymingAward nominee for LGBTQ+ Streamer of the Year.
Nomad (He/Him)

Nomad is a full-time content creator from Michigan whose goal is to help people smile. He’s been creating his whole life but didn’t start posting anything on social media until 2021. In the relatively short time since then, he has amassed quite a following on social media by doing live streams and creating videos that cover a variety of topics, ranging from comedy and gaming to mental health. Besides his creative content, he’s known for his love of coffee (yes, he was a barista) the charity work he’s done with organizations like the Starlight Children Foundation, and for his love of traveling that he makes part of his content. Sophie (She/Her)

Sophie works on various social media platforms to support content creators, aspires to become more involved in the TTRPG space, but more importantly, she trying to not be as obsessed with having sweet treats all throughout the day. As she continues to immerse herself into the digital world with so many amazing people in it, she learns more about the endless possibilities for all. Simply put, she is happy to be here with you all.

Saffron’s relationship to TTRPGs and actual play is simultaneously one of scholar, maker, and fan. At Smith College, she specialized in fan studies and presented at the 5C Undergraduate Conference a paper on Critical Role. She’s the Creative Director of Midnight Ceremonies Media, an indie actual play studio run by/telling stories about queer young adults. She is a member of the Rainbow Roll Network and won an award for her role as Stephanie Chaplin in The Valkyrie Cycle. Her favorite TTRPG is Monsterhearts,

Kevin (He/Him)
Marketing
Kevin comes from a professional theatre and film acting background starting when he was 16 years old. He has a strong love of film, comic books, anime, and television that he uses for inspiration in his D&D stories.
Kevin has been DMing since 2020!
He began his storytelling career on DicecreamSandwich where he created 2 and a half years worth of campaign! He's always viewed the game of Dungeons and Dragons as a player-focused medium. Whenever he comes up with a new story, campaign, or one-shot, he comes at it with the sole objective of "how do I make THIS story fun for THESE players?"
He has performed on the main stage at Gencon 2021, DMed at DnD In A Castle in 2022, and has since gone on to become a full time content creator, making Dungeon and Dragon content at the Canadian based studio Questline!

Tanner (He/They)
Tech | Project Lead | Guy in the chair.
You know those people, the ones who are always standing in the shadows, right behind the theater curtains, making sure everything turns out just right, while all the performers go and act their hearts out? Thats Tanner, but for the TTRPG online community.
Tanner has been moderating twitch channels, creating overlays, drawing emotes, and doing all the other odd jobs of the TTRPG community since 2020.

Lexi (She/They)

Smolbirdlex is an accomplished artist, streamer, cosplayer and TTRPG content creator. They’ve made the art for popular TTRPG twitch stream Longshotrpg and emotes for YouTuber and Twitch streamer Offbeat Outlaw. Connor E. (He/They)
Support Specialist Lead
Connor is a semi professsional actor and singer based out of Utah who enjoys bringing magic into the world whatever way they can. Connor feels that being on stage and performing is the only place they are truly happy and feels that is the reason they are on this spinning rock. Originally from Tennessee, his 6'8 frame is hard to miss when he is running around at our events making sure everything is perfect for Ivy, the guests, and the nominees. In addition to acting, Connor is the Assistant Director of Show Design at Evermore Park, an immersive fantasy storytelling park in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and also makes singing and cosplay content on TikTok at cadeaugh.

Caitlyn, Hans (She/They)
Support Specialist
Caitlyn, or as most people know them, Hans is an Administrative Assistant in their day-to-day life. Outside of work she moonlights as the local theatre’s seamstress while also taking commissions for custom costumes, specifically Renaissance and high fantasy pieces. In their spare time, they can be found volunteering or working with various charities. They have been on the board for the Caleb Erickson Memorial for 6 years fundraising and raising awareness for Veteran and First Responder suicide and mental health support.
They have a lifelong love of board games and TTRPGs and own over 300 sets of dice. Hans has been playing TTRPGs for nearly two decades and can be found streaming in a live play DnD campaign, Queer and Present Danger on the New Age Geeks Channel as a Sea Elf Tempest Cleric. You can also find them GMing at both their local game store as well as at a few conventions throughout the year.

Dan (He/Him)
Support Specialist
By day, Dan is a Quality Manager for a major Food/Beverage Production Facility with a Masters in Food Science. By night he is lucky to come home to his amazing wife and two crazy daughters (with a third on the way!)
Dan loves all things nerdy, sporty, and is a major cinephile (slowly getting back to the theater with the kiddos). Has been in an ongoing homebrew D&D game that spans close to 10 years that has spawned a passion for TTRPGs and a definite dice goblin.

SirFeffers (He/Him)
Head of Security
Sir Feffers, an accomplished Professional Game Master is renowned for his five years of online storycraft. In 2022, he slew the Twitch D&D scene, securing a spot in the category's top 1% by captivating audiences with his charismatic and horrific narratives. With a reputation as a thunderous storyteller, Sir Feffers weaves intricate tales that steal players into fantastical realms. He also is the bearer of the golden beard. He said this was important.

Jesse, in addition to creating the logo for the CRIT Awards also created the DicecreamSandwich logo!
